Step back in time in this 100+ year old Brown County log cabin perched on a small hill semi secluded,surrounded by woods,birds,rabbit,turkey,squirrel,raccoon,deer and the occasional fox may be seen. The screened in porch is a great place to relax and listen to the evening sounds of the owls,crickets and tree frogs.
Perfect for your honeymoon, anniversary or just a get a way for two. The upstairs bedroom has a low sloping ceiling,comfortably furnished with a queen size bed. The living room has a Ben Franklin fireplace with gas logs, TV (local stations)with DVD and VCR, a stereo with 78 or 45 rpm turntable and cassette tape player. A small selection of cassette tapes(easy listening) ,videos, and records are available or bring along your own favorites.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking utensils, tableware, coffee maker with complimentary coffee , teas and hot chocolate.
Remember grandma or moms Monarch Electric Range ? This one is in excellent shape ! All you need to bring is the food ! There is a gas grill outside.
Bathroom has a regular bathtub. Towels,paper products are furnished. Heat and Air conditioning. No hot tub or phone
No Smoking allowed inside the cabin !! Smoking is allowed on the screened porch or covered side deck.
